LICENSING AND SUPPORT  - 2016 Tax Year

General Terms

  • All license fees include free e-mail and payroll forum support
  • For monthly-payment options, please request the monthly site license and support table (please note:  monthly admin / debit order fees apply)
  • License renewal fees are payable in advance (prior to the new tax-year)

    The annual fee for the payroll license is calculated on the table below, based on:
    TOTAL number of employees to be processed in any given month for all companies
    TOTAL number of administrative workstations

Important Notes

  • All licenses include free e-mail, forum and web-support

  • FOR PRIORITY TELEPHONE SUPPORT INCLUDED (See above table)
    For dedicated telephone support it is necessary to setup an appointment.  Maximum response time (4 hours, during weekdays 08:30 – 16:30)

  • FOR CALL OUT SUPPORT INCLUDED (See above table)
    A reduced labour rate will be charged for onsite support.
    No call-out fees will be charged.
    Maximum response time of 24 hours (weekdays)

  • The maximum number of employees to be processed at any given time in all organisations or companies is to be taken into account for the license fee. 
    (Backup companies and inactive employee records are exempt from the license fee)

  • For monthly payment option, kindly request the monthly site license table (admin / debit order fees apply)

Reseller discount applies to all fees
